Modular principle
The base unit is smartMINI already a complete IoT data logger with CAN, Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet, WLAN, several monitoring inputs and alarm outputs. Additional hardware and software modules make smartMINI to the tailor-made solution.
Integrated intelligence
Device functions are flexibly configured via apps. Standard apps for data recording, alarming in case of limit value violation and remote access are part of the basic equipment. Apps for application-specific measurement, monitoring, logging and automation functions can be added at any time. Either via the PC operating software optiCONTROL or via the optiCLOUD.
Seamless data recording
Via LTE or Ethernet, acquired measurement data is transferred to the platform optiCloud transferred. Parallel data storage on SD card protects against data loss in the event of an interrupted mobile phone connection. All real-time and historical data are available for visualization and analysis.

CIFA concrete pumps are complex high-tech machines. The renowned manufacturer wanted a teleservice system to minimize downtimes and optimize service.
In the event of malfunctions, the service department can make remote diagnoses, order necessary spare parts and instruct repairs. The differentiated analysis of real-time and historical data enables the causes of faults to be identified and predictive maintenance measures to be carried out. In addition, CIFA uses the broad database for the further development of concrete pumps.
The construction machines were equipped with smartMINI-systems, which continuously record meaningful variables: the support geometry of the machine mast, pressures in the pump unit, oil temperature, open or closed limit switches and other operating data.
optiMEAS had, compared to the competition, already the ready solution for our request. The device meets all requirements optimally and is also small and handy.
