In order for industrial networking to succeed, real machine and sensor data must be seamlessly recorded, intelligently processed and transferred loss-free at the point of action. For this purpose, we offer high-quality devices from our own production, which also serve as data logger and gateway. Two product series meet the most diverse requirements:

OUR STANDARD EQUIPMENT: OPTIMEAS SMART SERIES

Modular design, adaptable to a wide range of applications. Besides the universal system smartMINI are specializations for rail transport (smartRAIL) and for vibration measurements (smartGEOLOG) is available. Via analog-to-digital converters (smartI/O) almost every sensor system can be integrated.

FOR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: SMARTNANO SERIES

Developed on microcontroller basis, especially small, self-sufficient and completely flexible. The spectrum ranges from pre-assembled product variants to completely customer-specific solutions.

The compact data logger smartMINI is the standard device for the loss-free recording and transmission of machine and system data. smartMINI is characterized by high performance and special robustness. It can be easily integrated into existing structures and is also ideally suited for applications with difficult installation and environmental conditions.

With smartRAIL a special device for condition monitoring and condition-based maintenance in rail transport is available. It can monitor the condition of individual safety and availability relevant components as well as complete rail vehicles or entire rail fleets. This allows necessary measures to be initiated at an early stage and problems to be minimized.

For geological and geophysical vibration measurements in harsh environments the complete system smartGEOLOG specialized. It is suitable both for real-time monitoring of construction activities and for long-term monitoring of structures and other sources of vibration.

For specific requirements, particularly small installation space or lack of power supply smartNANO-devices based on microcontroller technology. As a preconfigured variant or individual solution, they are ideally suited for robust use on machines, vehicles and systems. Thanks to the extremely compact design, the installation effort is minimal.

Monitoring and diagnosis begin with the acquisition of physical quantities directly at the machine or in the process. As an interface between the sensor and the measurement data processing, the analog-digital converters of the smartI/O-series analog sensor signals reliably into digital information. For all common measurement requirements and sensor types there are suitable I/O modules at your disposal.
