In the event of malfunctions, the service department can make remote diagnoses, order necessary spare parts and instruct repairs. The differentiated analysis of real-time and historical data enables the causes of faults to be identified and predictive maintenance measures to be carried out.
In addition, CIFA uses the broad database for the further development of concrete pumps.
The construction machines were equipped with smartMINI-systems, which continuously record meaningful variables: the support geometry of the machine mast, pressures in the pump unit, oil temperature, open or closed limit switches and other operating data.
